Exchange and Refunds

All In-Store and Online Sales are final and no refunds are issued.
All in-store and online sales are final. However, exchanges are accepted after 14 days. We only accept exchanges of same dress sizes. Cash and credit will not be returned. To cancel an online order, it must be within 24 to 48 hours of the date of purchase or the order will not be cancelled. At Keb’s Bridal in store orders, we request a week in advance, If a cancellation notice is not received, a small cancellation fee will apply.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are subject to merchandise availability. You will not be charged for any items that are not available. Orders are processed by us Monday - Friday. Once an order has been placed, we cannot change shipping methods, nor can any changes be made to the shipping address. Various carriers are used for package delivery. Deliveries are only made Monday - Friday.
